Project Narrative

This was a task order on the AFICC National Roofing Contract. Metal Roofing and TPO. The project required the repair of the metal roofing due to storm damage. This required the removal of the existing roof system down to the deck and hauling debris off site. Mechanically fastened the 1/2" densdeck prime over new 2" Poly ISO insulation to metal deck. Adhered an 80-mil TPO single-ply membrane roof system at low slope roofing. Installed new roof flashings at all vertical transitions. Installed walk pads at high traffic areas. Installed new membrane boots and penetration pockets. Installed new 24-gauge pre-finished coping, counter flashing, and scuppers to match existing. LPS system reinstalled in same configuration.
