Project Narrative

This was a task order on the AFICC National Roofing Contract. The bitumen roof on building #460 was repaired. The EPDM roofing on building #281 was repaired. Preformed Asbestos and lead based paint testing and removed. Demolished and removed built-up roofing systems B281 B460. Installed new insulated EPDM roofing assemblies. The B281 new roofing assembly included a vapor retarder membrane, a tapered isocynurate insulation system and EPDM single ply roofing membrane. The new B460 roof installation included ew wood blocking, tapered drainage crickets, parapet walls, sheet metal, scuppers, and downspouts. The difference in price is due to exercising the option for buildings 426 & 765.
