This was a task order on the AFICC National Roofing Contract The existing roofing on the north end of B763 replacement including but not limited to removing existing built-up roofing system and replacing with EPDM roofing. Demolished and removed the existing built-up roofing systems B763 including all existing fascia, wood blocking, and sheet metal down to the existing steel deck. Installed new insulated built-up roofing assemblies that included new wood blocking, taped drainage crickets, parapet walls, sheet metal, scuppers, and downspouts. Roofing assembly included a 5/8" F.C. gypsum underlayment, a vapor retarder membrane, 6" of flat isocyanate insulation system with a ½" per foot slope and mechanically fastened; with a required cover board and a fully adhered 9mil EPDM roofing membrane with EPDM flashings. All new perimeter parapet walls and wood blocking have flashing membrane. All new sheet metal meets wind loading according to specs.
