Project Narrative

Renovation of the existing 97 room hotel tower on all three floors...40,000SF. Installed new, current code compliant fire alarm system. Updated all finishes in all rooms (carpet, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, showers, furniture, lighting and artwork). Updated finishes in all three corridors. Converted 4 rooms on each floor into 2 suites on each floor. Upgraded existing plumbing infrastructure with new plumbing circulation valves. Removed and replaced existing failing fire damper actuators on all three floors.
