Project Narrative

Kiva Roof Building #4 is a historic building with cedar shingles. Removal and disposal of existing materials. Installed new roof sheathing, barrier underlayment with ice and water shield, ridge caps, vents, and DaVinci Bellaforte roofing shingles. Installed new flashing around all roof.
