Project Narrative

Single Contract with Pottawatomie Nation to build a Hemp project. The hemp project was a processing facility build out of an existing 20,000SF warehouse to provide utility infrastructure and life safety requirements to install an industrial hemp processing and production line. Examples of work included new 3 phase electrical gear, new fire alarm system, new pneumatic system, new explosion proof lighting, emergency shutdown relay system. A second part of the project also included the installation of 4 greenhouses (growhouses). All three were 4,000SF each. One of them was fully automated with the installation of full humidity control/light controls/automatic light depravation shutters, and automatic air monitoring shutters. The third piece of the project was the installation of a 2,000SF storage building for drying and storing processed hemp including emergency lighting, fire alarm system.
