Bannister Federal Building

As a sub-contractor to JE Dunn Construction, Prairie Band Construction performed the demolition scope of work for a repair and alteration project located at 2306-2312 Bannister Road in Kansas City, MO. This was a phased project due to the facility being occupied throughout construction. Project management was performed by Prairie Band Construction. PBC's Project Manager attended the weekly foreman's meeting on-site to closely track the progress first-hand and get a weekly update from our field superintendent to efficiently track labor. Since this is a phased project in an occupied building, we were efficient with labor and utilized opportunities to complete work in occupied areas and in multiple areas of the building at one time. Our approach prevented multiple mobilization costs.
