Congratulations to Josh Shinneman, who was promoted to General Manager of Prairie Band Construction! Josh has been with PBC for 4 years and worked in construction for 12 years. He is an essential part of our team, and we are grateful for his hard work.
"I hope to accomplish streamlining the processes and procedures of the Construction side to make all tasks more efficient. Define and generate standard operating procedures. Develop project teams with defined roles, responsibilities, process flows, and accountabilities for each team member. Continue to grow the construction company in Federal contracting with entities we have yet to contract with (IHS, NAVY, local governments and municipalities)," said Josh.
In his 12 years in the construction industry, Josh has worked as a project engineer, construction code inspector, and project estimator. In his various roles, Josh has compiled, updated, and maintained project schedules and budgets; processed and distributed construction documents, such as contracts, payment applications, proposal requests, change orders, RFIs, and meeting materials; reviewed project specifications, drawings, scopes and RFPS; and directed the process for project scopes and deliverables.
